The pre-election mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is visiting Moldova. Members of the delegation will stay in Chisinau until January 31. According to the press service of the parliament, the PACE delegation will hold meetings with Chairman of the Moldovan Parliament Andrian Candu, President of the country Igor Dodon and Prime Minister Pavel Filip during 4 days, moldpres.md writes. Besides, members of the delegation will meet with Dragos Vikol, Chairman of the Coordination Council on Television and Radio, Rodica Antoci, Chairperson of the National Integrity Authority, Alina Russu, Chairperson of the Central Election Commission, and CEC members. The PACE delegation will also meet with Head of the Council of Europe Office in Moldova William Massolin, Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Claus Neukirch, Head of the EU Delegation to Moldova Peter Michalko, OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Team, EU Ambassadors and media representatives. The PACE pre-election delegation includes parliamentarians Claude Kern (France), head of the delegation Elisabeth Schneider-Schneiter (Switzerland), Stefan Schennach (Austria), Christian Langballe (Denmark), co-rapporteurs of the PACE Monitoring Committee for Moldova Egidijus Vareikis (Lithuania) and Marivon Blonde (France).
