The Cabinet of Ministers has extended for a year duties against Russian goods - until December 31, 2020 in response to similar actions by the Russian Federation. The Ukrainian government has extended restrictions on Russian goods until the end of 2020, MP Aleksei Goncharenko announced on Wednesday. “The Cabinet of Ministers has extended for a year duties against Russian goods - until December 31, 2020 in response to similar actions by the Russian Federation,” he wrote on his Telegram channel. We remind that on May 15, the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the list of banned Russian goods for import. In particular, buses, trolleybuses, cars and trucks are banned for import into Ukraine. The government’s decision was a response to the ban of the Russian Federation on export of oil and oil products to Ukraine announced on April 18. An embargo was also imposed on a number of Ukrainian goods, including clothes and shoes, as well as pipes and packaging materials.
