US President Donald Trump declined answering the question whether he will guarantee a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the upcoming November 3 elections. He believes his rival, Joe Biden can only win if election is rigged. Kommersant announced on September 24 "Well, let's see what happens," Trump said at a White House news conference when asked about a peaceful transfer of power. Trump also said that the big problem is the mail vote, which will be used against the backdrop of coronavirus. According to Donald Trump, this method of voting can lead to election fraud. “Get rid of the ballots by mail and everything will be very peaceful, there will be no transfer of power, frankly speaking. There will be a continuation,” Trump said. It should be noted that, according to the latest Marquette University and the University of Quinnipeck poll, Biden is ahead of Trump by 10 percentage points in the country which is 50% versus 40%.
