The presidential elections will take place on November 1, 2020. Eight candidates are running for the post of head of state: Renato Usatii, Andrei Nastase, Tudor Deliu, Igor Dodon, Violetta Ivanov, Maia Sandu, Octavian Ticu and Dorin Chirtoaca.
