The Turkish Ministry of Defense said that Ankara and Moscow will continue working to begin the early functioning of the center. Turkey and Russia signed an agreement to establish a joint monitoring center for the ceasefire regime in Nagorno-Karabakh. This reported on Tuesday, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense. "Negotiations on the technical details that relate to the foundations and principles of the Turkish-Russian joint center were completed and an agreement was signed. The necessary work to start the early operation of the [joint] center is underway," the communiqué said. At the same time, the Turkish side does not provide details of the signed agreement.
