Sandu Convened the Supreme Security Council. Who Entered?

On 25 January, President Maia Sandu approved the new composition of the Supreme Security Council. In addition to the heads of the main bodies and departments of the country, it now includes 11 people, including advisers to the president, vice president of the National Bank and deputies from the parties "Dignity and Truth Platform" (DA) and "Action and Solidarity" (PAS). The first meeting of the council will take place on January 26, the press service of the presidential administration stated. On January 25, the presidential administration noted that Sandu signed a decree establishing the Supreme Security Council. In addition to Sandu, her defense adviser Ana Revenco, the speaker, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense and Internal Affairs, the Prosecutor General, as well as the heads of the Information and Security Service, the Parliamentary National Security Commission and the National Bank, there were 11 more people. These are the General Secretary of the Presidential Administration Andrei Spinu, Adviser to the President on Justice Issues Olesea Stamate, Adviser to the President in the Field of Economics Veaceslav Negruta, Presidential Adviser on Health Issues Ala Nemerenco, PAS deputies Igor Grosu and Sergiu Litvinenco, Deputy from DA Chiril Motspan, Vice President President of the National Bank Vladimir Munteanu, economist at Expert-Grup Sergiu Gaibu, ex-judge, chairman of the Administrative Council of Legal Resources Tatiana Raducanu, expert in the field of internal policy and security, chairman of the Institute for Strategic Initiatives Vladislav Сulminschi. The first meeting of the new composition of the Security Council will take place on January 26.
