The Democratic Party Honorary Chairman Dumitru Diacov said that the party he represents will not vote for the cabinet of ministers headed by Natalia Gavrilita. In a broadcast on ProTV, the politician said that the fate of the Gavrilita government in any case is not dependant on the DPM, given that the faction has only 11 mandates, cotidianul.md reports. “We will not participate in this vote. So far, this decision is at the level of discussions. We will also discuss this in the party’s executive bureau, where we will make a decision to be abided by all party members,” Diacov said. When asked how the DPM will act in the event of a second attempt to vote for the government, Diacov said that the party's position will remain the same if President Maia Sandu and PAS follow the same scenario. It should be noted that PAS and DA Platform stated that they would not vote for the Natalia Gavrilita-led government.
