The Romanian National Committee for Emergency Situations, at its meeting on Thursday, September16, adopted a Decision No. 71 updating the list of countries /territories with high epidemiological risk. People arriving from the "yellow" zone are not quarantined if they are vaccinated against or recovered from COVID-19, or have a negative PCR test result taken no earlier than 72 hours before entering the country, noi.md reports. Otherwise, those arriving in the country will have to self-isolate for 14 days. The list comes into force on September 19, 2021, at 00:00. This decision is published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, and brought to the attention of all components of the National Emergency Management System for implementation, the said document indicates. The red zone includes Grenada, Bahamas, Barbados, Guyana, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba and Liechtenstein.
