Minister of Justice Sergiu Litvinenco believes that the BoCS gave him a vote of no confidence because of the bold policies pursued by the Ministry of Justice. The statements were made on the eve of a meeting of Parliament, where the initiative of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists will be considered, reports protv.md “This is nothing short of desperation, because there are some pretty bold actions by the courts, state institutions, and I think that has prompted them to bring forward this vote. What I said at the commission meeting, I’ll say at the plenary as well. Much has been done, but much remains to be done, because justice reform is not an easy process, it takes time and effort. I am sure that this fight will be fought to the end,” said Litvinenco. At the last session of the Parliament the BoCS deputies put forward a simple vote of no confidence in the policy pursued by the Ministry of Justice. The reason were Litvinenco’s leaked Telegram messages released two weeks ago.
