Maia Sandu on Working Visit to Japan

Moldovan President Maia Sandu is on a working visit to Tokyo on 1-3 December. The head of state will meet with high-ranking Japanese government officials and with representatives of the Japanese Parliament. According to a press release, Maia Sandu will also take part in the conference of the World Assembly for Women (WAW), reports ipn.md. On December 5-7, the leader from Chisinau will be in Washington, where she will participate in the International Anti-Corruption Conference of the Summit for Democracy. The president's agenda will also include bilateral meetings and meetings with representatives of the Moldovan diaspora in the U.S.
