The General Assembly of Prosecutors Elected a New Composition of the SCP

The General Assembly of Prosecutors, which is taking place today, 22 December, elected new members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, among the prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Dumitru Obada was elected with 413 votes. Among the specialized and territorial prosecutors, Aliona Nesterova was elected with 364 votes, Eduard Panea with 356 votes, Elena Rosioru with 300 votes and Olesea Virlan with 257 votes. After the announcement of the results, Vitalie Codreanu’s appeal was registered and is subject to examination.
