Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi emphasized that the appointment of these diplomats demonstrates Moldova’s commitment to a “professional and well-prepared diplomacy”.
Today, the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration issued positive opinions on the candidates for the positions of ambassadors of the Republic of Moldova, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RM reported.
Thus, Oleg Serebrian will be appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of Turkey.
Vladislav Kulminski will be appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to the United States of America.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popsoi stated that the appointment of the new ambassadors reflects Moldova’s commitment to a professional and well-prepared diplomacy.
“Both Mr. Oleg Serebrian and Mr. Vladislav Kulminski are professionals with extensive experience in foreign policy and public administration. These diplomats and experts boast over twenty years of service and have made significant contributions to enhancing our country’s image on the international stage. I am confident that they will substantially strengthen bilateral relations with Turkey and the United States of America – two of our country’s strategic partners,” emphasized the minister.
