PAS MP Roman Rosca Appointed Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration

Roman Rosca, a member of parliament from the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), was officially appointed Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration. This was announced on 21 July at a government meeting. The appointment comes amid preparations for parliamentary elections scheduled for 28 September 2025. Roman Rosca is a lawyer by education, a deputy of two convocations, and previously worked in relevant parliamentary committees and government agencies. According to political analysts, his appointment may signal the government’s desire for consistency in the negotiation process and a stronger political and legal approach to the country’s reintegration.
