Minister of Justice on Plahotniuc’s Extradition: Process Could Take Several Days

Justice Minister Veronica Mihailov-Moraru explained the steps that will follow after an Athens court approves the extradition of Vladimir Plahotniuc to Moldova. “After the court’s decision, the Greek Minister of Justice confirms the procedure for ratifying this decision, then the authorities of the requesting country are notified, and the procedures for transferring the individual are initiated,” Mihailov-Moraru said, reports realitatea.md.
