The MP said that the faction he leads will initiate a procedure to recall the head of the legislative body, according to protv.md. “Mr. Chairman of Parliament, we see that you are censoring us and restricting our rights to express our opinions and make speeches. We will initiate the procedure for your recall as Chairman in accordance with the Constitution. We will find 34 votes, because you are not the chairman of a collective farm; you are the chairman of Parliament, and we have equal rights,” Costiuc said. According to the law, the recall of the chairman of the parliament can be initiated by the deputies and put to a vote by the plenary. Such a decision requires the support of a majority of parliamentary deputies.
