The strategic partnership on the European integration of the Republic of Moldova remains to the fore in Romania’s action program, stated Romanian President Klaus Iohannis at the Annual Meeting of Romanian Diplomacy. “The strategic partnership on Moldova’s European aspirations continues to be to the fore in our program. The aim of this cooperation is to encourage the reforms and bring Moldova closer to the European Union. At the same time, it should be noted that Romania’s foreign policy is not a place for questionable experiments, amateurishness and diplomatic blunders. Stability and credibility of foreign policy means preserving the rule of law, the independence of justice and fighting corruption”. Speaking about Romania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, Klaus Iohannis said that the member states of the European Union are going through some tough times that require more active participation of European states.  Source: ITV
