German Diplomat to Head OSCE Mission to Moldova

According to NM, the German diplomat Klaus Neukirch will be the new head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova. Previously he worked for OSCE in Chisinau, then he was deputy director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center and after the conflict in Donbas, he coordinated the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine. Neukirch will arrive in Chisinau within the next few days. According to NM, on September 9-10, he will accompany Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transdniestrian Settlement Process Franco Frattini during his visit to Moldova and Transdniestria.
