Dmitry Kozak promised to help the people of Transnistria to gain Russian citizenship. “We also discussed the issue of gaining Russian citizenship by the people of Transnistria. It is rather of a casuistic, legal nature. We will consider it together with the Ministry of foreign Affairs and find an appropriate solution.
