After a year and 4 months, the Chisinau Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the Chisinau Court on non-recognition of the election results in 2018, when Andrei Nastase was elected the general mayor of the capital. A petition for appeal of the decision of the Chisinau court, earlier adopted by Judge Rodica Berdila, was submitted by Platform DA, Andrei Nastase, PSRM and the Electoral Council of Electoral District No. 1, zdg.md reports.
