Prime Minister of Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu during the briefing today said that the Moldovan government will work with all mayors who won in the local elections and urged elected mayor of the capital Ion Ceban to keep promises moldpres.md reports. Also she urged candidate of ACUM bloc Andrei Nastase to resume his activity in the government as soon as possible. “The vote of the citizens is the essence of democracy and we respect the people’s choice. We lost a battle, but the real fight against corruption is still going on. The biggest victory in these elections is that they were free”, Sandu said.
