The audio recording of the meeting at the Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk criticizing the economic views of the country's President Vladimir Zelenskogo hit the Internet. On a YouTube post allegedly Honcharuk,  Minister of Finance Oksana Markarova and Deputy Head of the National Bank Kateryna Rozhkova discuss the exchange rate in Ukraine and other economic issues before meeting Zelensky, the newspaper Strana.ua reports. “Zelensky has a very primitive understanding of economic processes. He understands that there is a balance of payments. The balance of payments is very wrong, and the hryvnia has greatly strengthened,” said the Prime Minister of Ukraine. According to Honcharuk, Zelensky needs to be explained that the hryvnia is strengthening due to the fact that it was strongly over swayed before the elections. Now, people have seen that they have a “strong president” and “there is nothing to fear.” “He does not have this in his head. We need to show it and it is necessary to look very realistic, let’s say. As long as the president has no answer to this question, he will have an empty place there in his head.” Honcharuk said. According to him, while Zelensky has fog in his head, "this crap on the subject of bonds will turn back to him." It was about BISL speculation bonds (bonds of the internal state loan) to which the sharp hryvnia strengthening was attributed to. At present, there has been no reaction to the publicly available recordings by officials. In mid-December, Honcharuk said that Ukraine had accumulated $ 21 billion of bad debts. Such an amount, he said, was accumulated due to banking fraud.
