Kuleba: Ukraine Will not Negotiate with LDNR

The Foreign Minister marked the main "red line" of the Ukrainian side in the Donbass settlement talks. Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine will never negotiate with the “DPR” and “LPR” representatives. He said this during the Freedom of Speech program with Savik Shuster on Ukraine channel. "Our "red lines" were repeatedly voiced by me, by Alexei Reznikov in the Trilateral Contact Group, by Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky…And one of our "red lines", the principal one, which infuriates our Russian neighbors - we will not enter into direct dialogue with so-called "LDNR", said Kuleba. He stressed that the Ukrainian side will conduct negotiations on Donbas only with the Kremlin. "The TСG consists of Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE. And we will only talk with Russia. This is the key "red line" that underlies the protection of our national interests," the foreign minister said. Earlier, Kuleba said that Ukraine is ready "for extensive compromises" in matters of Donbas and Crimea only under the condition of sovereignty and control over the border restoration.
