The Democratic Party has canceled a meeting with PAS and the DA Platform scheduled for Monday, June 22. This information was confirmed by the leader of the DA Platform parliamentary faction Alexandru Slusari, deschide.md reports. The parliamentarian did not indicate the reason for the decision adopted by the Democrats. It should be noted that last week, MPs Igor Munteanu (DA platform) and Igor Grosu (PAS) announced that on Monday, June 22, a meeting was planned between the PAS, PDM and the DA Platform to discuss a new parliamentary majority and a possible new government. Yesterday, PDM issued a press release stating that it had not made decisions regarding the resignation of the current government.
