PDM leader Pavel Filip claims that Eugen Nichiforciuc planned to withdraw 17 MPs from the PDM and negotiate separately with other parties. He stated this in the program "Main" on TVC-21. "Nichiforciuc wanted to withdraw 17 deputies and somewhere to conduct secret negotiations with the socialists, as I understand it now. They did not succeed, because those people later moved to Pro Moldova, except for Andronache and Nichiforciuc. They started this game, but it did not work, " Filip said. He stressed that these two people have long lost contact with the PDM. "They did not participate in party meetings, did not attend faction meetings. If party members negotiate with other parties, this is the destruction of their own party. They worked to destroy their party. We tried to act rationally, we tried to manage this process," Filip stressed. The politician added that he put forward a proposal to exclude Nichiforciuc from the party, as he did not share the views of the Democratic Party. He noted that keeping Nichiforciuc in the party was a big mistake.
