“The first achievement is the dialogue with citizens. During my tenure, I have visited 600 settlements, no president was so active within territories and did not conduct such a dialogue with people. I think this is my first achievement.
The second important achievement is the social initiatives that I have been able to promote.
The third achievement is that we managed overthrowing the government and the oligarchic regime in June last year. We removed Plahotniuc. This is our team’s achievement.
The fourth is restoring a balanced foreign policy, and I mean, in particular, that we have managed to restore strategic friendly relations with the Russian Federation. We did not worsen relations with the European Union, continued European integration, the Association Agreement with the EU implementation, but at the same time we managed to restore relations with Russia.
The fifth achievement is dialogue with the leadership of the Transdniestrian region resuming. During these four years I had eight meetings with Krasnoselsky. Let me remind you that no president since 2003 has had such a frequent dialogue. We managed to solve some problems that have not been solved for decades, related to agricultural land, plates number, bridge opening, graduation diplomas and many others,” Igor Dodon said.
