The command of the peacekeeping operation will be located in the area of the city of Stepanakert. Recall, on November 9, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a joint statement on the complete cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh. The Azerbaijani and Armenian sides will remain in their positions and Russian peacekeepers will be deployed in the region. In total, 1,960 servicemen, 90 armored personnel carriers, 380 units of automobile and special equipment will be transferred.
