Natalia Gavrilitsa says that if the Constitutional Court recognizes the constitutional decree on re-nomination as a candidate for the post of prime minister, and receives a vote of confidence in parliament, then the cabinet will resign in a few weeks. Gavrilitsa notes that the government cannot function without a parliamentary majority, and empowering the cabinet of ministers is nothing more than a continuation of the agony of the current parliament, ipn.md reported. The appointed prime minister says the rate of a second attempt to empower the government is much higher than the first, and if factions in the legislature wish to postpone early elections with a vote of confidence in parliament, she will resign. “If they vote for us, we have prepared an anti-crisis program and a set of anti-corruption measures. We will propose them, demonstrate the lack of support in parliament, because I don’t see how the socialists with Shor will vote for the creation of the Anti-Corruption Tribunal, and then we will resign”- said the appointed Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilitsa in the program“Punctul pe Azi ”on TVR Moldova. In addition, Natalia Gavrilitsa noted that if she receives a vote of confidence in parliament, then employees of state structures who are at odds with the law, serving the previous authorities, will be fired, and the system will be cleared of corrupt elements. “We are ready to replace all statesmen, government representatives at the local level, we have enough human resources who can immediately start working, we have experience in management at the local and national levels,” Natalia Gavrilitsa also said. The appointed prime minister said that her party does not support the idea of MPs from the Platform DA party, according to which it would be necessary to create a pro-European minority government headed by Andrei Nastase. “The minority government would not be able to solve the problems of citizens, nor would it bring the date of early parliamentary elections closer, but would only prolong the agony in which we are now, therefore we do not support this option,” said Natalia Gavrilitsa. Natalia Gavrilitsa was re-nominated for the post of prime minister after her first attempt to take over as prime minister failed. PSRM deputies have appealed the presidential decree in the Constitutional Court, and on February 23, the judges will have to make a decision on its compliance with the Constitution.
