"The Allies shared their concern about the recent large-scale Russian military action in and around Ukraine. The Allies are also concerned when Russia violated the ceasefire in July 2020, which killed four Ukrainian soldiers last week," a NATO spokesman told the publication. The organization also noted that "Moscow is undermining peace efforts in eastern Ukraine." Recall, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak claims that the Russian Federation is building up its army near the Ukrainian borders under the pretext of military exercises. According to him, the purpose of such actions is "to demonstrate the decisiveness of their intentions." At the same time, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that troops movement within the territory of Russia does not pose a threat and should bother no one.
