The parliament approved the appointment of Boris Lupasco as a judge of the Constitutional Court (CC). 56 deputies voted for his appointment. The proposal came from the PSRM faction. Lupasco has been appointed to this position for a 6-year period. Let us remind that earlier the deputies of the PSRM and the Shor party voted for a declaration on the usurpation of power by three judges of the Constitutional Court (CC). The decree by which the head of the Constitutional Court, Domnica Manole, was appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court, was also revoked.
