Today, on April 28, the judges of the Constitutional Court are considering the constitutionality of the introduced state of emergency in Moldova. Protesters in favor of early elections gathered outside the Constitutional Court building, zdg.md reports. The rally is attended by the PAS deputies, including the vice-chairman of the parliament, Mihai Popsoi who said addressing the protesters: “We will return to normal life when early elections take place. Today is the decisive day. If the Constitutional Court lifts the state of emergency and allows early elections, President Maia Sandu will issue a decree on the dissolution of parliament, and we will move on,” the PAS deputy said.
