The acting chairman of the PAS Igor Grosu denies reports circulating in the public space that the PAS and some NGOs associated with the party have received external funding in the amount of 56 million euros.
Igor Grosu qualified this information as a lie "concocted in the Socialist Party laboratories",
jurnal.md reports.
"This is a lie coming from the PSRM laboratories and those who advise them from outside, who shamefully left the Republic of Moldova through the airport's VIP zone. This fake was invented to cover up another piece of news that appeared earlier about the money received by Dodon during the presidential campaign. We submit all our reports to the CEC. If there was something of that kind, he and the Ministry of Internal Affairs would know about it and they would go to court. This is a lie, our reports are publicly available. We have over 1000 donors, individuals and legal entities. In our country, people make donations by transfer, which means that any transfer and money can be verified," Igor Grosu said on the air of the program on Jurnal TV.
So far, the Socialist Party has not responded to Igor Grosu's statements.
