The politician arrived in Russia on a three-day visit, during which she will meet with the Deputy Foreign Minister and Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration. Victoria Nuland will hold talks with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov. The meeting is scheduled for October 12. The next day, Nuland will meet with Dmitry Kozak, Deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. In order for Nuland to make a visit to the Russian Federation, she was excluded from the "black list". In return, the American side removed some Russians from the US sanctions lists.
