Ukraine will not sign a direct agreement with Russia as part of the grain export negotiations, but only with Turkiye and the UN. This is reported by rbc.ua, citing the adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak in Twitter. “Ukraine does not sign any documents with Russia. We sign a treaty with Turkiye and the UN and take obligations to them. Russia is signing a mirror agreement with Turkiye and the UN,” he explained. According to Podolyak, Russian ships will not accompany vessels with grain, and there will be no representatives of the Russian Federation in Ukrainian ports. In case of provocations immediate response from the military will follow. Also all vessels will be checked by joint groups in Turkish waters, if the need arises. We shall remind you that today in Istanbul the next negotiations on the “grain corridor” are held. The agreement will be signed on the Ukrainian side by Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov and on the Russian side by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. Point
