PSRM Executive Secretary Vlad Batrincea is sure that the conclusion of the National Integrity Authority (NIA) is based solely on subjective perception rather than on factual and legal circumstances. “This document distorts reality and creates grounds for accusing me of actions I didn’t commit,” he wrote, aif.md reports. “I’ve never concealed and do not intend to conceal my assets. All that I have is visible and declared in accordance with the law. I categorically declare that I’m not leaving a luxurious life, I live quite modestly, I do not have bank accounts or cars. The apartment I live in is the only property I own, and I will pay my mortgage for many years to come,” Batrincea said. In his opinion, erroneous interpretations are not only untrue but also detrimental to his image as a politician and a citizen. He expressed confidence that the main purpose of this move is a media attack against him and the PSRM team. “This unwarranted and unjustified move is part of a campaign to denigrate and pressurize the opposition. I will stand up for the truth in court”, Batrincea declared. Point
