The European Union will pledge 200 million euros to Moldova to overcome the energy crisis this year, with another 50 million euros to be offered as fixed budgetary support. This was announced today, November 10, by President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen who is on a visit to Moldova and has had a meeting with President Maia Sandu, realitatea.md reports. Ursula von der Leyen said that 100 million euros will be offered as a grant and the remaining 100 million euros as a loan.
