Parliamentary Vice-Speakers Mihai Popsoi and Vlad Batrincea attended a meeting of the Monitoring Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). The Report of the Monitoring Committee on the implementation by Moldova of its commitments to the Council of Europe were discussed and approved at the meeting on December 14-15 in Paris, noi.md reports. The Commission for Monitoring Commitments undertaken by the Member States of the Council of Europe is a specialized commission of the PACE, which prepares periodic reports on the state of implementation of commitments for states in the monitoring or post-monitoring dialogue phase.
