Zelensky Thanked Biden for New Support

A powerful $2.5 billion military support package includes the most needed weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked US leader Joe Biden for allocating another powerful package of defense support of 2.5 billion dollars. The head of state tweeted this on January 20. “Stryker armored fighting vehicles, additional Bradley APCs, and Avenger air defense systems are important help in our fight against the aggressor. Grateful to the American people for their unwavering leadership support,” he stressed. Recall that on January 19, the Pentagon announced a new major military aid package to Ukraine, which included, among others, 59 Bradley BMPs, 90 Stryker armored vehicles, Avenge air defense systems and ammunition for NASAMS complexes.
