Ion Ceban’s MAN Party to Participate in the “Pro-European Rally” Announced by Sandu

The mayor of Chisinau, Ion Ceban, announced that MAN Party would take part in the European Moldova National Assembly to be held on May 21 at the Great National Assembly Square in Chisinau. “MAN believes that European integration should become a national idea,” Ion Ceban said, as unimedia.info reports. “MAN will offer to sign a pact similar to the Snagov Pact. We have received a letter from the State Chancellery and we will provide all possible support free of charge, both in terms of infrastructure and logistics. MAN declares that it stands for the European path and will support initiatives in this direction. The approach and the result matter,” Ion Ceban said at a press conference. The head of state, Maia Sandu, addressed the public earlier. She announced to have taken the initiative on convening a national assembly in Chisinau in order to tell the world that we are Europeans and that this is the path we have chosen. The European Moldova National Assembly is scheduled on May 21 at the Great National Assembly Square.
