Previously, she has worked as a senior national security coordinator in the office of the American Vice President. Kelly Adams-Smith has also served as deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Prague, counselor at the U.S. Embassy in London, and deputy executive secretary of the White House National Security Council. Kent Logsdon assumed his duties as U.S. Ambassador to Moldova in December 2021.
