A new institution, the Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime, will be established.
This was announced by the PAS MP at today’s briefing, reports unimedia.info.
“The Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office and PCCOCS will be abolished and the Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime will be established in their place,” Igor Chiriac said.
The Prosecutor General will appoint an interim head of the institution.
