The energy situation in Moldova remains unstable after the Isaccea-Vulcanesti power line was shut down. The reason was Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s energy system, which affected the operation of the cross-border line, according to rupor.md. Moldovan Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu said that despite the inclusion of alternative electricity supply routes to prevent blackouts, the situation remains fragile. Moldelectrica, together with operators from Ukraine and Romania, is taking the necessary measures to ensure stable electricity supply to consumers. Repairing damaged lines requires specialized technical intervention and coordination between all operators.
