Belarus Called for Working Out the Mechanism of the Minsk Agreements Implementation

Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei offered to work out the Mechanism of the Minsk Agreements Implementation. He reminded that after the parties agreed to complete these agreements, one could hear this news everywhere. Now the situation is completely different. Makei added that he did not want to talk about those who are right and those who are to blame.
