US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called on Russia to save the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles (INF), complying with it admitting violations. According to Reuters, he gave 60 days for this, during which the United States would not test or deploy new weapons systems that, by their characteristics, would abrogate the pact, known as the I.N.F. Treaty. At the same time, the USA is ready to terminate the Treaty within this period, if Russia does not fulfill its obligations. Washington will determine the next steps as a result of consultations with European allies. Source: rosbalt
