Repairs Will Start in Moldova This Spring: Total of 300 km of Roads

More than 300 kilometers of roads will be repaired starting this spring. This was announced by President Igor Dodon on his Facebook page after a working meeting with Prime Minister Ion Chicu. The Prime Minister and the head of state also discussed the one-time assistance in the amount of 700 lei to be paid to pensioners and socially vulnerable persons starting January 2, ipn.md reports. The officials also discussed other steps aimed at improving living standards of the population. "We also exchanged views on the major planned reforms, especially justice reform, the draft of which will be soon brought up for discussion and sent for examination to our development partners, including the Venice Commission experts," Igor Dodon wrote in his Facebook post.
