President of the Republic of Moldova Igor Dodon proposed introducing a moratorium on political debating in this difficult period caused by the coronavirus spread in the country.
“The Republic of Moldova citizens are not interested in when the elections will be held, how we choose or who we choose. The head of state called on the political class to work out solutions and proposals to overcome the crisis. The President announced that he was ready to discuss with each one specific measure to overcome the crisis.
“Let each of us lend his shoulder. Not spreading panic, but through support,” the president said. Dodon proposed this moratorium be temporary and last until the end of emergency state.
