Nastase: DA Platform Condemns Shor's Harsh Statements

The Dignity and Truth platform condemns impudent statements addressed to the head of the EU delegation to Moldova, Peter Michalko. This stated the leader of the DA Platform Andrei Nastase,  noi.md reported. "DA platform condemns the impudent statements of Ilan Shor, who was sentenced to 7.6 years for stealing 5 billion lei from the Moldovan banking system, statements expressed by Ilan Shor’s supporters addressed to the head of the EU delegation to the Republic of Moldova Peter Michalko. DA platform supports Ambassador Peter Michalko’s position, who repeatedly mentioned that this process is a test of state institutions integrity both before the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and before strategic partners. DA platform does not regard the ambassador's statements on this issue as interference in the internal affairs of the Republic of Moldova, since the money stolen from the National Bank's reserve, were provided to Moldova by the European Union to support the exchange rate," the politician said in a statement.
