Today, on August 12, at the meeting of the Supreme Security Council the issue of returning the airport was discussed. Igor Dodon recalled that the concessionaire failure to fulfill the obligations led to the fact that on July 8 this year the government announced it was terminating the contract, aif.md reported. The investor has got 180 days to return these assets to the state. At the moment, all the necessary procedures under Government, the Public Property Agency and the Ministry of Justice’s control are being carried out, he said.
