"The last time Trump's approval rating reached 47% in the poll conducted from June 8 to 10," the newspaper noted.
According to the poll conducted from 22 to 25 August, 44% of respondents gave a positive assessment of Trump's work.
The most recent poll was conducted September 5-8 among 2,832 registered US voters. The margin of error is about 1.8 percentage points.
