The executive director of the Institute for Strategic Initiatives (IPIS) Vlad Kulminsky noted that the party that loses in the presidential elections will also fail in the parliamentary elections. He stated this in a program on TVC-21. “We need to look at the processes in development. The party whose representative loses this presidential election will get a much worse result in the parliamentary elections. This is a wave effect. And this effect always works,” Kulminski said. He stressed that many political formations that are in parliament today will not get in the new composition. “The option of changes is undesirable for them. If you ask my opinion, I believe that it would be more correct for the Republic of Moldova to follow the path of changes. The state cannot provide high-quality services to its citizens. This means Moldova’s plunging into the category of failed countries,” Kulminski underscored.
