None of the participants in the Minsk and Normandy formats know about the new peace plan for Donbass, Kozak says. Dmitry Kozak, deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Russia, says there is no new peace plan for Donbass. In an interview with Interfax, he called this information rumors and myth. "It is not on the negotiating table. This is another myth. Anyway, none of the participants in the Minsk and Normandy formats knows what is it about," Kozak said. According to him, on February 8, representatives of France and Germany made another attempt to come to a compromise. However, the expressions chosen for him, according to Kozak, are overly streamlined. On February 16, Russia sent its clarifications, to which Ukraine, according to Kozak, has not yet responded. Earlier, the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, said that Ukraine, together with France and Germany, had developed a plan to restore peace in the Donbass, now it must be approved by Russia. The Russian Foreign Ministry said it knew nothing about such a plan. Moscow also called on Kiev not to invent new documents but to implement existing agreements.
